having the care of such beneficiary for his or her suitable
support, maintenance, welfare and education, or (d) by the direct
application of such amounts for the suitable support, maintenance,
welfare and education of such beneficiary.
7. If any trust herein created shall at any time
f311 belo~v the sum of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars in
value and if all the beneficiaries then entitled to receive the
income therefrom shall have attained the age of twenty-one (21)
years, the Trustee may forthwith assign, transfer, convey and pay
over to such beneficiaries the entire body or corpus of the trust

; estate, free and discharged from the trusts hereof, notwith-

~ standing anything herein contained to the contrary, in which
event any remaindermen shall not be considered as having a vested

~ interest in the trust estate so conveyed to such beneficiaries.

ARTICLE V
~ If Grantor's wife and the Grantor shall die under such
~ circumstances that the order of deaths cannot be established by
~
~ proof, then and in such event, the trust estate shall be disposed
~ of in the manner as hereinbefore provided as thQUgh Grantor's
said wife shall not have survived him.
