HomeMy WebLinkAbout2479 ! - ' ~ i ~ ARTICLE VI If the provisions of any trust herein for any bene- ~iciary shall be violative of the rule against perpetuities, then such trust for such beneficiary shall be based upon the li.ves of all beneficiaries of all other trusts hereunder whose lives shall be competent under said rule, and such trust for such beneficiary shall continue with all its other provisions until the expiration of twenty-one (21) years after the death of the last survivor of said competent lives unless the provisions of any such trust as continued by this Article shall direct the conveyance of any part or all of the principal of the trust to the beneficiary thereof to take place at a time before_the termination of the trust as continued under this Article, in which case such conveyance shall be made in accordance with such direction. ARTICLE VII The Trustee is hereby vested with full and complete title to aZl o~ the property and estate embraced within the trust hereof, both as to principal and income therefrom, subject only to the execution of the trusts hereof; and further, (subject always to the rights, powers and grants to Grantor's wife as hereinbefore provided) neither the principal nor the income of the trust estate shall be liable for the debts of any beneficiary hereof, nor shall the same be subject to seizure by any creditor of any beneficiary under any writ or proceeding at Iaw or in eoox$?4 rACE2479 _ ~ ~ g~~~.
