to borrow money thereon; and the G~antor shall have the right and ~

po~aer at any time to withdraca from the possession of said Trustee f ~j

any and all policies of life insurance deposited with it here- ~
under, upon the execution and delivery to said Trustee of a
proper receipt therefor.
ARTICLE XzI
The Trustee shall not be required to pay the premiums
upon any policies of insurance covered by this Agreement, nor to
give to the Grantor or any other person notice that any such
premiums are due or that the same are about to become due, nor to
see that any of said policies of insurance are kept in force. So
long as the only assets held by the Trustee may be insurance ~
contracts or beneficiary designations under employee benefit
plans and cash of nominal amount as initially deposited and I

described in the schedule hereto attached, the Trustee shall be !
under no duty or obligation to invest and/or keep invested such '
cash of nominal amount.
ARTICLE XIII
A. The Grantor shall have the power at any tir.ie during
his lifetime by an instxument in writing delivered to the Trustee
to modify, alter, amend or revoke this Agreement, in whole or in
part, and to change the benef iciaries thereof, and to withdraw
any part or all of the principal of this trust estate; provided,
however, that the duties and responsibilities of the Trustee
