ARTICLE XV
The Trustee may resign the trusts hereof effective
thirty (30) days after written notice of intention so to do given
personally or by registered mail to the Grantor, or if the G~antor
shall not then be living to the beneficiaries then entitled to
the income of such trusts, or to their legal representatives. A
successor Trustee or Trustees may be appointed by the Grantor, or
if he is then deceased, by all the beneficiaries entitled to
receive income of said trusts, or their legal representatives,
and such successor Trustee or Trustees shall succeed to all of
the duties, and to all of the powers, including discreti.onary
powers, herein granted to the Trustee.
' ARTICLE XVI
The Trustee is empowered to incur, and pay from the ~ ~

trust estate all reasonable expenses in connection cvith the ~
management, preservation and administratian of the trusts hereof,
including reasonable compensation for the service of the Trustee,
and including the fees and charges of such agents, attorneys or .
accountants as the Trustee may in the exercise of its discretion
employ in the administration of the trusts hereunder.
