ARTICLE XVII
The Trustee shall render, at least annually, a statement ~
of properties in the trust and of receipts and disbursements ~
during the period covered to the Grantor during his lifetime, if
there are assets in this trust other than beneficiary desig-
nations under life insurance policies and a nominal amount of
cash. After the death of the Grantor, the Trustee shall render
such statement of account, at least annually, to each of the
beneficiaries then receiving or entitled to receive income from

any of the trusts hereunder.
i Any statement of account rendered hereunder may be
` approved by written notice of approval delivered to the Trustee;

~ by failure of the person receiving the same to express an ob-
r
j jection to such account, in writing, delivered to the Trustee
within ninety (90) days from the date upon which the account was
~ delivered; or by a decree of the Circuit Court for Oakland County,
~
Michigan. Upon the receipt of a written approval of the account,
~ or upon the passage of said period of time within which objection
~
~ may be filed without written objection having been delivered to

the Trustee, such account shall be deemed to be approved, and the
~ Trustee shall be released and discharged as to all items, matters
i
~ and things set forth in such account as if such account had been
s
~
~ settled and allocaed by a decree of a Court of competent jurisdiction.

Approval by the Circuit Court of Oakland County, Michigan, shall
~ be upon petition by the Trustee or the party objecting to such
~
~ account, with notice to such persons and in such manner as the
~
