he event that the beneficiary entitled to incomE shall be a minor
or under legal disability, a living parent, guardian or other
person having physical custody of such beneficiary, may act for
such be~neficiary in approving such statements, inventory or _
accounts with the same effect as if such beneficiary had been of
full age or without legal disability, and had himself approved
such statements, inventory or account. Nothing contained in this

junction with the Trustee the power or righti to enlarge or shift

; the beneficial interest of any beneficiary of a Trust.

~ The books of account of the Trustee shall at all

E reasonable times be open to the reasonable inspection of the
Grantor or the aforesaid income'beneficiaries and such other
person or persons as they may designate for that purpose.
ARTICLE XVIII
Any person who qualifies as such by virtue of legal
F birth or legal adoption, shall be deemed and treated as a"child"~
or "issue", as such terms are used herein. Wherever in this
~ Agreement words, including pronouns, are used in the masculine,
~ they shall be read and construed in the feminine or neuter whenever
; they would so apply, and wherever in this Agreement the words
~
~ "Executor" or "Trustee" and other words, including pronouns, are
~
used in the singular or piural, they shall be read and construed
~ in the plural or singular, respectively, wherever they would so
~ apply.
