of the prior Trustee nor an undertaking by the successor cor-
porate Trustee to audit or verify the records of the prior
Trustee. The successor corporate Trustee shall be entitled to
rely upon any statements and records (which may come into the
successor corporate Trustee's possession after a reasonable
search) of the prior Trustee as to the assets of this trust, and
shall have no responsibility or liability hereunder to any person
for the assets of this trust until reduced to the possession of

~ ARTICLE XX _
~ The Grantor's wife acting as Trustee shall have the
unrestricted right to remove the acting corporate Trustee and
~ to replace same with another corporate Trustee of her choice. ,
The said evidence of removal and replacement shall be in writing,
' signed by Grantvr's wife as Trustee and consented to by the
successor corporate TrusCee prior to the effective resignation of
~
~ the prior corporate Trustee. In Che event of the death, dis-
t ~
a~ility or resignation of the Grantor's wife as Trustee, Grantox's
~
Certified Public Account, EDWARD PHILLIPS, shall act as Successor
