ARTICLE XXI
If at any time any trust property is situated in a
jurisdiction in which the Trustee is unable or unwilling to act, ~
. ;
the Trustee may appoint a person (who may be an officer or
employee of the Trustee) or corporation to act as 'lrustee cvith
respect to that property and may delegate to that person or
corporation such administrative powers as may be necessary or
desirable to deal with the property and to accomplish the purposes
of the trust. The net income from that property and any net

~ proceeds of its sale shall be paid over to the principal Trustee.

! If at any time after~GranCor's death there is in
~ existence a trust (whether established by Grantor, Grantor's
~ wife, or any other party) that has provisions and beneficiaries
~ i 'dentical to the rovisions and beneficiaries of
~ substant ally i p
~ this Trust, the Trustee is given the discretion to assign,
~ transfer, convey and pay over this entire trust estate to the

~ Trustee of such trust. By this transfer, it is 6rantor's
~
? intention to enlarge the trust created by said agreement - so
~ that the property so transferred to said Trustee shall iuune__
: diately after being received by said Trustee be integrated with
~ and thereafter administered and accounted for in a11 respects as
~
~ an intebral part of said trust as so enlarged - and, accordingly,
~ the receipt of said Trustee for the property received by it from
~
~ this transfer shall be a complete discharge and acquittance to
~
Grantor's Trustee.
