ARTICLE XXIII
This Agreement has been delivered in the State of ~
Michigan. The laws of the State of Michigan shall govern the
validity, interpretation and administration thereof, notwith-
standing the residence in another jurisdiction o£ the Grantor or
of any beneficiary hereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said HOMER P. DAVIDSON has
hereunto set his hand and seal as Grantor and_Trustee, and THE
DETROIT BANK AND TRUST COMPANY as Successor Trustee, has caused
these presents to be executed by an officer, on the day and year
first above written.
