~ XIII A. provides that:

~ ify, alter, amend or revoke this Agreement, in ~~hole or in ~art; pro- '
! vided, ho~•~ever, that the duties 3nd responsibilities of the Trustee
hereunder shall not be substant~ally increased without its consent:'

larin~ it null and void, thereby restorin~ said Trust A~;reement to its
status prior to said third amendment. ~
ARTICL~ XIII, Section B, provides f or 30 days notice of
