Zn the event of the death, resignation or i.ncapacity of HC~t P. LIAVIDSON,
as Trustee, ID~1~2D PHILLIPS, Certified Public Aaoountant, of Troy, Michigan,
shall act as Successor TnLStee (sametimes hereinaft,es referred to as "Trustee")
with all of the duties, power's, rights, discretions, obligations ar~d imrninities
of the Predecessor Trustee. If he shall fail or refuse or be unable t~o serve
as such Suocessor Trv~stee, then PERRIN, FORDREE & OCr~ANY, Cestified Public ,
Aocouni~ants, or its successor of ZYoy, Michigan, shall act as Successor TnLStee.
For purposes of this Agreanent, if H~+~2 P. LIAVIDSON shall be dee~d tA be
incapacitat~ed, then the Successor 'T`rustee shall be duly authorized to act upon
- delivery to it of a written certification or certifications of twn physicians
duly licensed t~o practice medicine in the State of Fl~ric3a, or in such state as
gCMEFt p, LIAVIDSON shall then be present, that each of then has exa~ned him and
determined that he is, in their opinion, incapable to act as Trust~ee hereunder.
gC1~t p, pAVIDSON's incapacity shall be deen~d to cease upon delivexy of a similar '
certification or certifications to the Successor ~istee. 'The Suvicessor Trustee
shall be ccntpletely exonesat~ed fran all possible liabilities or claims upon its .
exercising good faith in accepting such written certification or certifications

If , due tr~ physical or mental incapacity, FICIMER P. LIAVIDSON is, in the opinion ~
; of the Suocessor Trustee, unable t4 ac~ninister such incane or to exercise his

~ right to wittxiraw principal, the Successor Trustee shall, fran time to time,
` distri.bute to or exper~d for the benefit of the Grantor ar~d those dependent u~on
~ him, the incane and sufficient prir~cipal, which, t~ogether with funds }ax~wn to the :
Successor Trustee to be available from other sources for such purposes, will, in .
