(a) The Tru.st~ee shall pay to each child the entire net inaxne from his
or her said trust estate, in reasonable installments, during the continuance of
the tivst so set aside for his or her use and benefit. If, in the opinion of
the TnLStee, the incaane herein provided, tx~gether with receipts of the beneficiary
fran all sources kr~i to the Trustee shall be insufficient for the suppart,
maint.enance, and educati.on of the beneficiary, or in the event of an emergency
such as i].lness or financial distress, the Tnistee may use such gart of the
- principal as it shall deem appropriat~e ta make up such deficiency or meet such
energency. As part of the wic3~e discretionary authority herein bestAwed upon the
Tru.stee, but with no intention tA in any way limit nr circ~mtiscribe the Tru.stee's ;
discretion, it is Grantor's express wish that f~nds be made avail,able t~ the trust '
beneficiary for any type of educa:tional pLUpose such as oollege, universit,~,
finishing school, graduate or professional school education; t~ assist the
beneficiary in start;~ in a bu~iness or profession or r~naining in a business
or profession; t,~ assist the trust be,neficiary in aoquiring a hcn~; or for arry ~
purpose whatsoever that the Tzvstee de~s to be in the very best interests of
the beneficiary.
(b) Each of Grantor's children shall have the right t~ withdraw any
atmunt or portion up to one-half (1,/2) of the body ar a~rpus of the tnLSt Prope-rtY
and estate so dirECt~ed to be set aside and held in trust for him or her, as and j

when he ar she shall arrive at the age of forty (40) years, and any at~nunt or ~

portion up to the entire rest, residue and renaindes thereof as and when he o~r she ~
shall arrive at the age of forty-five (45) years, free and discharged fran the
tnists hereof. Such right qf withdraWal shall be exercised by written notice to
tYre Trustee which shall make distri.bution within a reasonable tune thereafter. In
any event, each child's tnLSt shall terminate no later than his or her death. Each
child shall have the unrestricted right and authority to direct, by specific
