ficiaxy, but notwi.:hstanding any of tlve faregoing prwisions, the Trustee shall
retain such portion undFS a power in trust for the benefit of such beneficiary,
wit2i all of the i.nvestxnent and aclcninistrative powers herein conferred ~on the
Trustee, and shall pay t~ such beneficiaty so much of the net inoan~ a~nd principal
of such portien as the Tn~stee, in its absolute discretion, shall consider reason-
ably necessary t~ provide for the c~cnfortable support, maintenance, education and
w~elfare of such ben~ficiaxy, and shall acctmiulate the r~na.inder of such inc~me,
if any, and add it to the principal of such portion until such beneficia~y shall
attain the age of twenty-a~ne (21~ years, whereupan the Txvstee shall distribute
the entire r~naining principal of such portion tA such beneficiary.
(iv) If all of Grantor's children and their issue shall have
died before they shall be entitled to rece.ive the entise body or corpus of the
tsust proPertl', then ur~cier su+ch circtatistances, all of the rsnaining trust ~rc~pertY '

shall be distributed ~utright to the heirs at law of Grantor in aco~rdanoe with
the laws of Michigan as if the Granbor had then died intestate.
(v) In the event any incane or discretionat.y payments of principal
shall beocme payable ta a minor ar t.c~ a pesson under legal disability, or to a person
not adjudged incc~etent but who by reason of illness or mental or physical disa-
bility is, in the vpinion of the Trust~ee unable properly to ac~ninister suc11 amounts,

; then the Trustee is authorized, in its absolute discretion, tn retain all or part

' of such incan~e, and to pay wer and distribute all ar part of such inoacne, or
! principal for the suitable s~port, care and maintenance of such person in such
of the follaaing ways as the Trustee shall deem best (a) directly to such bene-
ficiary (b) tA the legally appointed guardian ar oonservatar of such beneficiary

(c) to some person or persorLS having the care of such beneficiary for his or her
suitable support, mainten~nce, w+elfare and education, or (d) by the direct applica-
~ tion of such am4unts for the suitable s~pport, maintenance, w~elfare and education
~ of such beneficiary.
