4. ARTICLE of the substitute Txvst Agreement of Han~,c P. Davidson
dated May 15, 1978, is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follvws:

The Grant~r's spouse acti ra as Tnlst~ee shall have the unrestx'icted right
to rgmve the other successor Trust~ee and to replace same wi~th a oorporate
TnLStee of her choice. The said evidence of rsoaval ar~d replacement shall be
in writing, signed by the Grant,or's spouse and consented to by the successor
