THIS SIXTH A~~ TD TRUST AGREQgNT, entered into this ~ day of
/7 y""~/ ~ . 1953, by and betwe~z I~QI~R P. I3AVIDSCN, of Port St. Lucie,
Flori.da, hereinafter called "Grantor", and HCx~R P. LaAVIDSON, of Port St. Lucie,
Florida, hexeinafter called "Z~ustee" .
W I T N E S S E T H:
W'I~RE~1S, Grantor ar~d Trustee have heretofore executed a Revocable Living '
~ust Agreem~~t dated Navettber 24 , 1974 ; and
WHI~2E~S, Grantor has heretofore executed a First Amer~rent to the Ha?~er P.
Davidson Trust Agreement on SeptgnbPx 30, 1976, whereby Grantor amended ARTIQ.~ III
of such Trust Agrear+ent in its entirety; and ,
Wf~RF'AS, Grantor and Trustee have heretofore executed a Seoond Am~xzdment to '
~
the Fk~mer P. Davidson Trust Agreem~nt on May' 31, 19 7 8, whereby Grantor am~ended the ~
entire Revocable Living 7~ust Agreet~nt and First P,menc~nent to Txust Agreenent in
its entirety and in substitution of any prior trusts or amenc~ments; and
.W~.S, Grantor made misoellaneous non-substantive modifications of the
ZYustees of such Trust by Third and Fourth Att~c~~ts, in which the T'hird Amenc~ment j

mistakenly referred to the Second Amenc~nent as being dated I~ay 1S, 1978, and the
actual date of the Seoond Amenc~nent was I~Tay 31, 1978; and
W~RE~S, Grantor has heretofore on February 3, 1983, executed a Fifth Ar~end-
ment to the ~r P. Davidson Trust (also ]aloc~rn as the ~ubstituted Z~vst Agreement
dated May 31, 1978) by a~nending ARTICLES II, IV, XIX and ~IX in their entirety; and
W'I-~RFAS, it has b~en brought to the attention of the Grantor that the Third
Amenc~nent and Fifth Amendment to the Hanes P. Davidson ZYust Agre~~ent mistakenly
refer to the Second Am~r~ent as being dated May 15, 1978, whereas such Seo~nd
Amendment to the ~~r P. Davison TYVSt is actually dated May 31, 1978, and it is
necessary to clarify the vorrect date of such Second Amendment.
