herein cbntained, IT IS AQ~ BY ArID B~I~1 Z4-~ PARTII'S f~RETO AS F~OLIAWS :
1. Any reference which is made in the Zhird Amer~nt and Fifth Amendment
to the Ho~ner P. Qavidson Trust to the Seoond Amenchnent of such Trust Agreaaent
a~ being dated May 15, 1978, is in error, sinc~ such Second Amenc~nent is actually
dated May 31, 1978. Therefore, the Third Amenc3ment and Fifth Amenc~rnnt to the
Ha;~r P. Davidson Trust Agre~~nt arn hereby modified so that wherever in such
ame.?~nts there is reference made to a Seoond Amendment to the Harer P. Davidsan
Trust Agreenent dated May 15, 1978, it actually refers to the S~corbd Amex~nent
dated May 31, 1978, as there has never been a Second Amenc~ment dated May 1S, 1978.
2. In all other respects, and except as herein specifically amenc3ed, tlie
substitute Trust Agregnent of H~aner P. Davidson dated May 3I, 1978, as ameiyded
by the Thir~d, Fourth and Fifth A~ents, sha21 and does, hereby a~ntinue in
fuZl force and effect as originally written.

Amendment to Tivst Agre~ent the day and year first above written.
