FOR VALUE RECEIVED, ARRANSAS DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY,
a public body politic and corporate of the State of Arkansas,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and assign to STATE
STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, TRUSTEE, its successors and
assigns, all its right, title and interest in and to that
certain Mortgage executed by Edgewater Apartments of Ft.
Pierce, Inc., to American National Bank of Jacksonville, dated
September 24, 1965, recorded in O.R. Hook, Vol. 127, page 358,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, FL; and that certain
Mortgage dated August 23, 1967, made by Edgewater Apartments of
Ft. Pierce, Inc. to American National Bank of Jacksonville,
dated August 23, 1967, recorded in O.R. Book 167, page 2859,
St. Lucie County; as consolidated by Consolidation Agreement
dated August 23, 1967, between aforesaid parties, recorded
August 25, 1967, in O.R. Hook 167, page 2863, aforesaid
records; together with the debt secured thereby, and all its
right, title and interest in and to the property therein
described. Assignment to GOVERNMENT NATIONAL MORTGAGE
ASSOCIATION is dated August 23, 1967, and recorded O.R. Book,
167 at page 2869, in the said office of the Clerk, Circuit
Court, St. Lucie County, Florida. The attached Addendum is
incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
WITNESS THE EXECUTION hereof this O day o£ June, 1988,
by ARKANSAS DEVELOPMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY, through its duly
authorized President.
