20. Lendtr ia Possessios. Upon acceleration under paragnph 19 or abandonmcnt ot the Propeny, Lender (by
judicially appointod receiver) shall be entitled to enter upon, take possasion ot and manage the Property and to collect tht
rents of the Property including those past due. Any rents collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied first: to
payment of the costs of management of the Propeny and collection of rrnts, including, but not limited to, receiver's f~es,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrumtnt.
21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Socurity Instrument. I.ender shalt release this Security
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attoroers' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note. "attorneys' fee.s" shall include any attorneys'
fees awarded by an appepate court.
