Acceler~tion; Remedies, l.ender shall give notice to Borrower prior to acceleration following BorroNer's breach oi any cove~ynt or agreement in this Sccurity Instrument (but not prior to acceleration u~der paragraphs 13 and 17 ~ unless applicable law p~ovides otherwise). Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shail include any attorneys' fees awarded by an appellate court. 23. Riders to this Security Instrument.
