submitted for approval to Grantor. Grantor shall review the data
~ submitted as to aesthetic fuactional and economic conformance with the
a~ea and its proposed development a~d Grantor agrees that such
approvai shall not be unreasonably withheld.
2. The parties acknowledge and agree that the Subject Property shall
be used for the sole purpose of residential or commercial use with
10-foot landscaped buffer for surrounding reside~tial lots. Real estate
sales offices and industrial uses are specificaily prohibited. Any
modification ar chan9e in such use will require the consent and
approval of Grantor.
If Grantor commences legal proceedings to enforce the provisions of
either or both of the above restrictions, Grantee, its successors or assigns,
shal) be obligated to pay Grantor's costs and legal expenses.
TOGETHER with ail the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, THE SAME IN FEE SIMPLE FOREVER.
APlD the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it is lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful
authority to sel) and convey said land; that it hereby fully warrants the
title to said land and wiil defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons claiming through the Grantor, and that said land is free af all
encumbrances except as above set forth.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these prese~ts to be
