F regard to attorney's fees. The Court havinq reviewed the Affidavit ~

~ of R. Patrick Beatty, Esquire as to attorney's fees, and being ~

~ oth~rwise fully advised in the premises, it is 3

~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the said Plaintiff FLORIDA ±
~ NATIONAL BANK does have and recover of and from said Defendant ~

~ ELOUISE C. BEASLEY, the sum of $3,812.00, as principal; $1,011.92,

as pre-judgment interest; $1,000.00, as attorney's fees; and
$63.50, as costs expended by the Plaintiff, for a total of !
