THIS CAUSE came on ta be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion for
~ Attorney's Fees. The Court previously entered a Final Judgment
i
i After Default against the Defendants CAROL A. JOHNSON and MELVIN
;
SHETRONE on December 8, 1989 and a Final Summary Judgment against
i
~ ARTINA SHETRONE on October 23, 1989, both Judgments reserving
~ jurisdiction for the entry of an Order with regard to attorney's
~
~ fees. The Court having reviewed the Affidavit of R. Patrick
~ Beatty, Esquire as to attorney's fees, and being otherwise fully
~ advised in the premises, it is
~
~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the said Plaintiff FLORIDA
~ ~!R rrr.1R
NATIONAL BANK does have and recover of and from said Defendants~,!•;P~~~J
CAROL A. JOHNSON and ~~IELVIN SHETRONE jointly and severally, the sum
~ of $3,066.64, as principal; $956.14, as pre-judgment interest;
~
~ $1,000.00, as attorney's fees; and $127.50, as costs expended by
~
~ the Plaintiff, for a total of $5,150.28, all for which let
~ execution issue.
