19. Acceleration; Remedies. Lender shall give nocice ca Borrower prior co accelen?cion following Horrower's
breach of any covenanc or agreement in this Securicy Instrument (but not prior to acceleratioa under peragraphs l ~ and
17 unless applicable law provides otherwise). The nocice shall specify: (a) the default; (b) the action required to cure the

rents uf the Pruperty including those past due. Any rents collected by Lender ur the receiver shall be applied first to payment
uf che cuses of managemenc of che Propercy and colleccion of rents, including, but not fimiced to, receiver's fees, premiums un
receiver's b~mds and reasunable accurneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Release. Upon payment uf all sums secured by chis Security Instrumene, Lender shall release this Securicy
lnstrument wiehoue charge to Borrower. Burruwer shall pay any recordation custs.
22. A[corneys' Fees. As used in chis Securicy Instrument and che Nuce, "attorneys' fees" shall include any a~corneys'
fees awarded by an appellace court.
23. Riders to this Security Instrument. If one or more riders are execuced by Borrower and recorded cogecher with
this Security lnstrument, the covenants and agreements of each such rider shall be incorporated incu and shall amend and
supplement the cavenants and agreements of this Securicy Instrument as if the riderls) were a part of this Securit~~
