Release. Upon payment of alt sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security Instrument without charge to Borrower. Borrower shaH pay any recordation costs. 22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include any attorneys' fees awarded by an appellate court. 23. Riders to this Security lnstrument.
