2. Reaffirmatian of Note and Nortctaqe Terms: Thie modification is not intended nor
ei~all be it conetrued to have in any way cancelled or invalidated any other term, provision,
covenant, or obligation eet forth in said note and/or mortgage, provided, however, that if
the note and mortgage referenced herefn evidence and secure an adjustable rate obligation,
all rate calculations shall be baeed upon the "new" terme contained herein. It ie expreesly
agreed that the only matters being changed hereby are ae atated herein. The underaigned
E3orrower doee hereby reaffirm all other terms, covenants, conditione, and obligations of the
~~ote and mortgage being modified hereby including all eupplemental provieiona thereto. The
F3orrowere do further confirm the liability under the note evidencing the debt being secured
