ahall be it conetrued to have in any way cancelled or invalidated any other terw, provieion,
covenant, or obliqation set forth in eaid note and/or mortgaqe, provided, however, that if ;
the note and mortgage referenced herein evidence and eecure an adjuetable rate obliqation,
all rate calculatione ehall be based upon the "new" terme contained herein. It is expreesly t
agreed that the only matters beinq changed hereby are ae stated herein. The undereigned ~
eorrower doee hereby reaffirn?all other terme, covenante, conditions, and obligations of the
note and mortgage being modified hereby including all supplemental provieione thereto. The
