coneideration, the receipt and eufficiency of which is hereby acknowledqed, the partiee do

hereby modified as followes

2. Reaffirmation of 1~1ote and Mort4ave Termsz Thie modification is not intended nor
ehall be it conetrued to have in any way cancelled or invalidated any other term, provieion,
covenant, or obligation eet forth in eaid note and/or mortgaqe, provided, however, that if
the note and mortgage referenced herein evidence and eecure an adjuetable rate obliqation,
all rate calculatione shall be based upon the ^new" terms contained herein. It ie expreeely
agreed that the only mattere beinq changed hereby are ae stated herein. The underaigned
Borrower does hereby reaffirm all other terme, covenante, conditione, ar.d obliqatione of the
note and mortgage being modified hereby including all eupplemental provieione thereto. The
Borrowere do further confirm the liability under the note evidencinq the debt beinq secured
by the mortgage being modified hereby without offset, deduction, or defenee.
3. Documentarv Stampe and IntanQible Tax: All documentary stamps and intanqible tax
; due were paid and affixed to the original note and mortgage beinq modified hereby. Which
~ originals were recorded in the Official recorde referenced hereinabove.
