covenant, or obliqation set forth in eafd note and/or mortgaqe, provided, however, that if
the note and mortgage referenced herein evidence and eecure an adjustable rate obligation,
all rate calculatione ehall be based upon the ~new" tera?s contained herein. It is expreealy
