2. Reaffirmation of Note and Xortaaqe Terma: This modification ie not intended nor •
ahall be it conetrued to have in any way cancelled or invalidated any other term, provision,
covenant, or obligation set forth in esid note and/or mortqage, provided, however, that if
the note and mortgage referenced herefn evidence and secure an adjuetable rate obligation, ,
all rate calculations shall be based upon the "new" terme contained herein. It ie expresely
agreed that the only matters being chanqed hereby are se stated herein. The undereigned
Borrower doee hereby reaffirm all other terms, covenants, conditions, and obllqationB of the
note and mortgage beinq modffied hereby includinq all eupplemental proviaione thereto. The
Borrowezs do further confirm the liabilfty under the note evidencing the debt being secured
by the mortgage beinq modified hereby without offset, deduction, or defenee.
