shall be it construed to have in any way cancelled or invalidated any other term, provision,
covenant, or obliqation eet forth in eaid note and/or mortgage, provided, however, that if
the note and mortgaqe referenced herein evidence and secure an adjustable rate obliqation,
all rate calculations shall be baeed upon the "new" terms contained herein. It is expresely
agreed that the only matters being chanqed hereby are ae stated herein. The und~rsiqned
Borrower doee hereby reaffirm all other terme, covenante, conditions, and obliqations of the
note and ~nortqage being modified hereby includinq all eupplemental provieions thereto. The
