2. Reafffrmation of Note and Hortqaqe Terme: Thig modification is not intended nor
Pt~all be it construed to have in any way cancelled or.invalidated any other term, provieion,
covenant, or obligation set forth in said note and/or mortgage, provided, however, that if
the note and mortgage referenced hereir evidence and secure an adjuetable rate obligation,
all rate calculatione ehall be baeed upon the "new" terme contained herein. It is expreeely
aqreed that the only mattere being changed hereby are ae etated herein. The undereigned
t3orrower does hereby reaffirm all other terme, covenante, conditione, and obligatione of the
note and mortgage being modified hereby including all eupplemental proviefonB thereto. The
[3orrowers do furttier confirm the liability under the note evidencing the debt being secured
by tl~e mortgage being modified hereby without offeet, deduction, or defense.
3. Documentarv Stamps and Intanqible Tax: All documentary etamps and intangible tax
ciue were paid and affixed to the orfginal note and mortgage being modified hereby. Which
originale were recorded in the Official recorde referenced hereinabove.
