2. Reaffirmation of Note and Hortqaqe Terms: Thie modification ig not intended nor
et~all be it construed to have in any way cancelled or invalidated any other term, proviaion,
covenant, or obligation eet forth in eaid note and/or mortgage, provided, however, that if
tt~e note and mortgage referenced herein evidence and eecure an adjustable rate obligation,
all rate calculations ehall be based upon the "new" terme contained herein. It iB expreBely
agreed that the only matters being changed hereby are ae atated herein. The undersigned
Borror~er doea hereby reaffirm all other terma, covenante, conditione, and obligations of the
note and mortgage being modified hereby includinq all eupplemental provieione thereto. The
E3orrowers do furttiet_ confirm the liability under the note evidencing the debt being eecured
by the mortgage being modified hereby without offeet, deduction, or defenae.
3. Documentary Stamna and Intanqible Tau~: All documentary etamps and intangible tax
due were paid and affixed to the original note and mortgage being modified hereby. Which
originale were recorded in the Official records referenced hereinabove.
