ahall be it conetrued to have in any way cancelled or invalidated any other term, provieion,
covenant, or obligation aet forth in eaid note and/or mortqaqe, provided, however, that if
the note and mortgage referenced heXein evidence and eecure an adjustable rate oblfgatioa, '
a11 rate calculations ehall be based upon the "new" terms contained herein. It is expreeely '
agzeed that the only matters being changed hereby are as etated herein. The underaigned ~
Sorrower does hereby reaffirm all other terms, covenante, conditione, and obligatione of the
note and mortgage being modified hereby including a12 eupplemental proviaione thereto. The
