2. Reaffirmation of Note and HortQaqe Terma: Thie modification is not intended nor ~
st~all be it construed to have in any w1y cancelled or invalidated any other term, provieion,
covenant, or obligation eet forth in eaid note and/or mortgage, provided, however, that if ~
the note and mortgage referenced herein evidence and eecure an adjuetable rate obligation,
all rate calculatione ehall be baeed upon the "new" terms contained herein. It is expreesly
agreed tha~ the only mattere being changed hereby are ae stated herein. The undereigned
[3orrower does hereby reaffirm all other terms, covenante, conditione, and obligations of the
note and mortgage being modified hereby including all supplemental provisions thereto. The
Borrowers do further confirm the liability under the note evidencinq the debt being eecured
