2. Reaffirmation of Note and tiortqave Terma:_ Thie modification is not intended nor ~
shall be it construed to have in any way cancelled or invalidated any other term, provieion,
covenant, or obligation eet forth in eaid note and/or mortgage, provided, however, that if
the note and mortgage referenced herein evidence and aecure an adjustable rate obligation,
all rate calculatione ehall be based upon the "new" terme contained herein. It ie expreeely
agreed that the only mattere being changed hereby are ae etated herein. The undersigned
Horrower doee hereby reaffirm all other terme, covenante, conditionB, and obliqations of the
note and mortgage being awdified hereby includinq alI eupplemental provisions thereto. The
Borrowers do further confirm the liability under the note evidencing the debt being ee~ured
by the mortgage beinq aadified hereby without offset, deduction, or defenee.
