of the covenante and conditione contained hereinafter and for other qood and valuable
consideration, the receipt and eufficiency of which ia hereby acknowledged, the parties do
agree, with the intent to be bound, ae followe:
1. Modification of Note and liortqaqe: The above-referenced note and mortqage is
hereby modified ae followsz
a. Original annual interest rate New annual interest
b. Original Firet Payment Date 8/1/89 New First Payment Date 11/1/89
c. Oriqfnal Maturity Date 7/1/2019 New Naturity Date 10/1/2019
d. Qriqinal Honthly Payment Amt. New Monthly Payment Amt.
e. driqinal Change Date New Change Date
2. Reaffirmation of Note and Mortqaqe Terme: Thie modification is not intended nor
shall be it construed to have in any way cancelled or invalidated any other tera?, provieion,
covenant, or obligation set forth in said note and/or mortgage, provided, however, that if
the note and mortqage referenced herein evidence and eecure an adjustable =ate obligation,
all rate calculatione ehall be based upon the "new" terme contained herefn. It ie expresaly
agreed that the only matters being changed hereby are as stated herein. The undereigned
aorrower does hereby reaffirm all other terme, covenants, conditione, and obligations of the
note and mortgaqe being modified hereby includinq all eupplemental provieione thereto. The
Borrowere do further confirm the liability under the note evidencing the debt being eecured
by the mortgage befng modified hereby without offeet, deduction, or defenee. ~
3. Documentary Stamne and IntanQible Tax: All documentary stamps and intanqible tax
due were paid and affixed to the original note and mortgage being modified hereby. Which ,
