THIS CAUSE having come 4n for trial upon the pleadin~s
filed herein and all parties having received propcr and timely
notice; the Court having heard testimony and/or considered the

o- Court shall and is hereby ordered to continue to t~,ansmit support
° payments received from the Respondenti0bligor until further Order
of this Court or receipt of a Notice to Discontinue Payments from
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services~ in which
the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to
tt~c custodian of the child(ren)'s primary physical residence. It

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in the event the
Respondent/Obligor becomes unemployed~ he/she shall s~ek
F employment and he/she shall cooperate wfth the Department of
