6. Th~t pursuant•to Sectior 443.051, Florida Statutes

Security Act that the Department of Labor and Empioyment Securitv
sh:~ll deduct and wi~thhold from the Unemployment Compensation
ottierwise payable to the Defendant SOX of the Unemployment
CompensaLion or the amount of child support as ordercd above

7. Additionally, it is further ordered that ~he
Respondent/Payor shall promptly notify Che Clerk of Court of all
chan~;es in his or her mailing and residence, and all chan~es in
the name and ~ddress of his or her employer within seven (7) days

That this Court reserves ,jurisdiction for the
purposc~ of determining the amount due from the Respondent to the
Petitioner~ if any~ as reimbursement of past AFDC payments
recei.ved by or on behalf of the before-named chfldtren). .
