. THIS CAUSE having come on for consideration upon this
verified Petition for Injunction for Protection filed by the
above named Petitioner. and an ex parte temporary injunetion
having been rendered in this cause~ and the Respondent having
been given notice of the hearing on this date. and the Court
having considered the testimony and evidence presented, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Temporary Injunction for Protection
previously rendered in this cause, ~xcept as it may be in
i conflict with any express provision of this Order as set forth

; hereinbelow, shall continue in full force and effect for a

~ period of one (1) year from the date of this Order unless
~ •
; otherwise dissolved or modified by further Order of Court.
~ , 2. That jurisdiction of this cause and of the parties
~ ~hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders,
Judgments, and Process as the Court deems just and proper.
