ORDER FOR SUPPORT CONTAINING JUDGMENT
TNIS CAUSF, camc b~fore the Court on Petitioner's Pe[ition
for Support under the Unifurm Reciprocal I~;nforc~ment of Support Act.
The Respondent was present after having been duly served witti proper
n~tice and the Court havin~; been fully advised in the premises~ finds
as fc~llows: ~
1. Ttte Respondent ~>wes a du[y to support the minor children
named in the Petition for Support filed herein.
2. The Respondent has the present ability to provide
reasonable support for said minor child.
3. The Respondent is employed as a machinist at D.R.B.
Industries earning approximately ~400.00 per week.
It is therefore, ORDF.RED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Respondent shall pay for the support of the minor
child, GLEN STANLEY McGARY (born September 19, 1974),~ ttie sum of
$70.00 per week, together with a Clerk's service charge of $2.10 per
payme~it, commencing on the first Friday after ti~e entry of the Order
f and continuing each and e~~~ry Friday thereafter until further order
~ of this Court.
~ 2. All payments shall be made by cash, money order or
f cashier's check to the Clerk of the Court, Post Office Drawer "H", i
€ West Palm Beach. Florida 33402 (Room 149, Palm Beach County ~
Courthouse. West Palm Beach~ Florida No personal checks are

acceptable.
~ 3. The Respondent shall not receive credit for any payments ~
G made directly to the Petitioner or any other person or entity and any
~ such direct payments shall be deemed gifts.
4. The Clerk of the Court shall thereafter forward all
~ support payments received to: The State of Florida, Department of
~ Nealth and Rehabilitative Services, Office of Child Support
Enforcement~ 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32302.
~ The State of Florida~ Department oC Health and Rehabilita[ive
Se:vices shall transmit all support pa}'ments to: Cashier's Section,
~ State House Station #11-A, Au~usta, ME 04333.
~ 5. Additionally~ it is hereby ordered pursuant to Section
~ 443.051, Florida Statutes, and Section G62(e) of Title IV-D of the
Social Security Ac[, that the Department ot Labor and Employment
Security shall deduct and withhold from any Unemployment Compensation
payable to the Respondent 40~ of the Unemployment Compensatior or the
amount of support as ordered herein, whichever amount equals the
greater amount but does not exceed the co«rt ordered support amount.
~ 6. The Respondent shall keep the Support Department and the
~ Florida Department of tlealth ~inci Rehabilitative Services advised of
~ his residence address, r~ailing address and employer. Any change in
any of the above shall be repor[ed by the Resp~~ndent in writing
~
~ within seven (7) days of the ch~~nre.

~ * The child, Heather Jean McGary, was emanci_pated on September 30,
~ 1 88 and the Respondent has no further obligation to provide support
