for Temporary Relief and Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings and
the Court haven taken testimony of the parties, heard argument of ~

ORDERED AI~ID ADJUDGED as follows:

1, That the Counterpetitioner's Motion for Judgment on
the Pleadings shall be and it is herebv granted and LOUIS
EPISCOPO is hereby determined to be the natural and legal father
of the child born of LEONELL LAKE ~~hose name is SERGIO ROCCO
EPISCOPO, d.o.b. 5/3/88.
2. That the primary physical residence oF the minor
child shall be with the Mother subject to shared parental
responsibility with the Father.
3. That commencing on the Ic~~ day of ~ v,s~ .
1989, the Father shall pay to the Mother as and for temporary

Each payment shall be paid to the Central Governmental
