~ THIS CAUSF. having come on to be heard on Auqust 22. 1989 on
the c~ife's motions for temporary relief and the Court having
considered the file, heard testimony of witnesses, argument of
counsel and the agreement by all parties that is the father of
the chilc3n subject to this case, and otherwise being fully and
well advised in the premises ,it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT:
1. t~1AYNE RURDETTE AMENT, is and is hereby adjudged to be
the natural father of LISA MARIE MUNDWILER d/o/b March 16, 1987.
k 2. Temporary custody of LISA MARZE MUND~VILER d/o/b March

16, 1987, the Minor Child of the Parties shall be with the
~ Petitioner, GENA ELAINE AMENT, with liberal visitation privileges
