' I:J THE MARRIAGE OF GLEt1N McKINI~EY, Husband and PATRICIA McKINNEY, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLVING MARRIAGE • This action was heard before the court at final hearing for dissolution of marriage, and on t:~e evidence presented, IT IS ADJUDGED that: 1. The marriage between the ~lusband, GLENt3 McKINNEY, an:'. the Wife, PATRICIA McKINNEY, is irretrievably broken and is dissolved. 2. Custody of the minor children of the parties, ~AitA McKINNEY, d.o.b. ~eptember 23, 1976, and ANALISA McKINNEY, d.o.b. January 13, 1978, is granted to the Wife. The Husband shall have the right to visit said minor children at reasonable i f times and places, and the further visitation rights as follows: the right to have the minor child, SARA McKINNEY, visit with f him every other weekend from six p.m. on Friday until seven p.m. ~ ~ on Sunday. The Husband shall have the same biweekly visitation € ~ rights with the minor child, ANALISA McY.INNEY, providing it is E ~ agreeable with the jaife; however, if this is not agreeable to the E ~ Wife, the Husband shall not have such biweekly visitation rights ~ ~ with ANALISA McKINNEY until after January 13, 1982. The biweekly ~ 6 visitation rights with the children shall commence Friday, July ' 31, 1981.
