and by him remitted promntly to Patricia McKinney. In addition,
_ there is hereby assessed the ~um of $2.00 as statutory costs to
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keen the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence address at all times while this order
is in effect.
4. Commencing August l, 1981 the Husband shall pay to
the Wife on the first day of each month the sum of 5100 per month
rehabilitative alimony for a period of twelve full months, or
until further order of this court. ,
5. The Wife's attorney's fee is set at $500.00 and her
court costs are taxed at 9~~ , both of which the Husband
shall pay to Osborne Walker O'Quinn within ninety days from the date
of this Judgment. ~
6. The Husband is entitled to the ownership of, and
shall have the right to remove from the marital home, the following

; personal property, to-wit:

I pool table ;
guns and gun cabinet
s " wild life pictures '
~ all of the oriental furniture
card table
~ carvings (exclusive of the i~life's and
, the children's wood carvings)
~ stereo equipment in living room
~ all of his bedroom furniture (antique)
all his personal effects and tools
~ The Wife shall have the right to r~tain possession of the oriental

~ china cabinet as long as she desires, or until she remarries, or
~
until she moves from the present marital home. Upon the happening
of either such events the possession of the oriental china cabinet
~ shall be delivered to the Husband.
