judicially appointed receiver) shall be entitled to enter upon. take po6session of and manag~ the Propeny and to coUect the
rents of the Property including those past duo. Any rents collectod by Lender or the receiver shall be apptied first to
payment ot the costs of management of the Property and collection of rents. including, but not limited to, receiver's fees,
premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fxs, and then to the sums secured by this Security Instrument.
21. Rele~e. Upon payment of all sums xcured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release this Security
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attornsya' Fea. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shali include any attorneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
23. Riders to t6is Security Iastrument. If one or more riders are eaecuted by Borrower and recorded together with
this Security Instn.~ment, the covenants and agraments of each such rider shall be incorporated i~to and shall amend and
