19. Acceleracion; Remedies. Lender shall give notice to Borrower prior to accelerACion following Borrower's
breach of any co~~enant or agreement in this Securicy Inscrumenc (but noc prior to acceleraeion under paragnphs 1 ~ and
17 unless applicable Iaw provides ocherwisel. The nocice shall specify: (al che default; (b> che accion required co cure che
default; (c) a dace. not less chan 30 days Erom the dace the notice is given to Borrower, by which the default must be cuced;
and Id) that failure co cure che default on or before the date specified in che notice may result in acceleration of ehe sums
secured by chis Securicy Inserume~c, foreclosure by judicial proceeding and sale of che P~operty. The nocice shall further

exiscence of a default or any ocher defense of Borrower to acceleracion and foreclosuce. If the default is not cuted on or

21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Securicy lnserument, l.ender shall release chis Securicy~
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Bonower shall pay anp recordation costs.
22. Accorneys' Fees. As used in chis Securicy Instrumenc and the Noce, "accorneys' fees" shall include a~y accorneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
