as herein modified. vith accreed interest and all other sums
provided for in and by NOTE and MORTGAGE, shall be
immediately due and payable and suit may be brought on NOTE
and/or MORTGAGE may be foreclosed in the manner and as fully
and completely end vith the eame effect as if the eaid
indebtednese of NOTB rere originally stipulated to be paid on
that date or had otnervise matured, anything in NOTE and
MORTGAGE. or herein, to the contrary notrithetan~ing.
8. ALL MORTGAGEE'S rights against all parties, including
but not limited to all parties secondarily liable, are hereby
reeerved.
9. This Agreement ehall be binding upon and shell inure
to the benefit of the heire, executors, adminietrators and
assigns, or succeseore end aseigns of the reepective parties
hereto.
10. All pronouns and all verietions thereof shall be
conetrued so as to refer to the maeculine, feminine, neuter,
singular and plural form thereof es required by the identity
of the person or persons or the situation
