BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly authorized
to administer oaths and take acknowledgements, personally
appeared JOSEPH W. PALLOT, who after being duly sworn, deposes
and says:
1. That I am an attorney duly licensed and authorized
to practice law in the State of Florida.
2. That I am an attorney representing MARYLAND ~
NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association. 1
3. That I prepared an ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE which
was recorded on January 8, 1990 in Official Records Book 671, at
Page 1718 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, I
assigning a mortgage encumbering the following described real ~
property: ;

Unit 501, of SEA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, formerly
known as Sea Pines Tower, a con~ominium, according I
to the Declaration thereof recorded January 24, i
1978 in O.R. Hook 280 at Page 2622 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and amended
to change the name of SEA PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM,
said amendment being recorded in O.R. Hook 298 at
Page 894 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Also known as: 3200 N. AIA, #501, Sea Palms
Condominiums, Fort Pierce, Florida
4. That a scrivener's error was made in the name of
the mortgagor of the mortgage subject to said Assignment in that
the word "DURRIN" should read "DURRAN".
5. That this Affidavit is being eaecuted to correct
the aformentioned Scrivener's error.
