. 7. In case any installment of interest or principel of
NOTE be not promptly paid se they become due and peyable
according to the termQ end tenor thereof, or if each and
every of the stipulationa, agreements, covertants and
conditione of NOTE and KORTGAGE, as herein modified and of
these presente. any or either, are not duly performed
compl~ed vith, end abtded by. then and in either of euct?
events, the balance then unpaid of the principal sum of NOTE
ae herein modified. vith accreed interest snd all other sume
provided for in and by NOTE and MORTGAGE, ehall be
immediately due end payable and suit may be brought on NOTE
and/or MORTGAGE may be foreclosed in the manner and se fully
and completely snd vith the aame effect se if the said
indebtednese of HOTE vere originally stipulated to be paid on
that date or had othervise matured, any~hing in NOTE and
MORTGAGE, ar herein, to the contrary notvithetanding.
8. ALL MORTGAGEB'S rights against all perties, including
but not lim3ted to all parties eecondarily liable, are hereby
reserved.
9. This Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure
to the benefit of the heirs, executore, administrators and
aesigns, or succeseore and assigns of the respective parties
hereto.
10. All pronouns and all variatione thereof shall be
conetrued so ae to refer to the mesculine, feminine, neuter,
gingular and plural form thereof es required by the identity
of the person or persons or the situation
