, part a certain mortgage bearing date the 30th day of June, 1983, ;

made by GLORIA JEAN DAVIS, in favor of D.A.D., INC., a Florida :
corporation, and recorded in Official Record Book 404, Page 2938, ~
public records of St. Lucie County County, Florida, upon the
following described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in
said County and State, to-wit: ;

Lot 8, Block 3, HIGHLAND PARK, unrecorded plat, recorded
in Deed Book 151, Page 195 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,
~ and the moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest from
the lOth day of March, 1987.
